Last week we made good progress on the stabilator, tail cone, and fuel tank.  We should be able to do final work on the tank this week.  Wing construction has been started consisting mainly of parts prep work.

With luck we will have the new fuel pump accessories this week and can rework the pump mounts and many of the new fuel lines.

The weekend of May 16-17 is the HIO Airshow.  So, no class on the 16^th.  This show provides an opportunity to display our airplane, in-process kit, or both.  Last year we displayed our almost finished TF-9 plane and it was well received.  The AirShow folks also are expanding their “Kids day” on Friday preceding the airshow itself.  We were surprised at the number of school kids that had been bussed in for this event.  Let’s talk about this event and see how much interest and support we might have for this.
